Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, audit, and/or tax Turkish CPA (SMMM) License is a plus Outsource accounting service experience is a plus USGAAP experience is a plus Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with Accounting Software Systems is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English Ability to conduct sophisticated analysis of complex data Dedicated to a career in accounting and tax Quantitative and analytical mindset Excellent cross-group collaboration skills Highly organized with multi-tasking skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures

Support new client onboarding Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks Use company software for accounting, reporting, and tax tasks Prepare payroll, sales tax returns, and depreciation schedules Assist with audits and reconciliations Analyze financial data for forecasting Prepare and file U.S. corporate and individual income tax returns Research tax and accounting issues Contribute to special projects
