Remote Physician (MD or DO)

MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license At least 2 years experience in neurology, geriatrics, psychiatry, primary care, or a related field preferred Familiarity with cognitive testing tools such as MoCA, MMSE, or equivalent Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach Must be comfortable utilizing technology and providing teletherapy Familiarity with CMS guidelines for cognitive assessments Existing credentialing with Medicare is a plus Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must have experience working with clients who are age 65+ Must have an active NPI Must be available to start with a minimum of 5 hours per week

Interpret cognitive assessment tests remotely for Medicare-eligible individuals. Develop and document personalized care plans based on assessment results. Work in compliance with Medicare billing requirements for cognitive assessment services. Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to cognitive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in an electronic health records system (EHR).
