Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a remote or virtual staff setting. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficient in project management software and tools. Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST). High school diploma or equivalent. Stable and high-speed internet connection (preferably 25 MBPS or higher) with backup. Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; up-to-date web browsers and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage. Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution. A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Internal team to align project timelines, milestones, and resources needed. Monitor Project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Facilitate communication and collaboration among in-house teams. Address operational, staffing and marketing aspects of the project. Identifying potential issues and proactively developing contingency plans. Implement solutions to address challenges and maintain project momentum. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into project strategy.
