Sr UX Designer (Remote - US)

5+ years of experience in UX, interaction design, or information architecture Proven track record designing successful B2B enterprise applications Strong proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools Experience with WCAG-compliant design and accessibility best practices Hands-on experience with AI tools in the design workflow (e.g., for research, ideation, prototyping) Ability to lead user research and apply findings to product development Excellent communication skills and experience working in remote, cross-functional teams

Drive the end-to-end UX design process, from user research through final implementation Facilitate discovery workshops and co-design sessions with customers and stakeholders Create wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design intent and test usability Integrate AI capabilities into the platform with a focus on ethical design, transparency, and control Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, customer success, and data teams Conduct user testing, synthesize insights, and apply findings to improve user experience Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
