- Deep understanding of CRM concepts, sales/service workflows, and Salesforce’s core capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Proven track record of delivering impactful, scalable solutions in a complex stakeholder environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience with process optimization, systems thinking, and technical integration
- Excellent communication skills – you can clearly articulate product vision and tradeoffs to both business and technical audiences in English and Portuguese.
- Experience working with Agile development teams and managing backlogs, roadmaps, and cross-functional planning
- An engineering/software development background is a plus
- Define and own the long-term vision for Salesforce as a business platform, aligning with executive stakeholders on priorities and ROI.
- Streamline and enhance sales and support processes to reduce friction and increase productivity.
- Ensure the Salesforce ecosystem evolves to support growth, integrating new tools and features while maintaining system integrity.
- Collaborate with data teams to unlock better reporting and decision-making across customer-facing teams.
- Champion adoption and continuous improvement of Salesforce capabilities across departments, acting as a trusted advisor.
