- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, especially for Commercial (GTM), Customer Experience, or other non-tech roles.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish at a native level.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Running full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level Commercial and Customer Experience roles.
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring plans, and ensure structured interview processes.
- Sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
- Leading hiring calibration and debrief meetings, and advising on offer strategy.
- Creating and iterating hiring best practices, interview guides, and training materials.
- Collaborating with Marketing on employer branding content and initiatives.
- Using Ashby (our ATS system) to track pipeline metrics and provide insights via dashboards and reporting.
- Continuously improving how we use tools and automation to make hiring more efficient and candidate-friendly.
- Staying plugged into market trends to refine sourcing strategies and talent messaging.
