Requirements:

7+ years of experience in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Deep experience building TypeScript applications using frameworks such as React and Next.js. Solid experience designing and deploying services on AWS. Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams. Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures. Comfortable balancing technical leadership with hands-on coding. Experience with headless CMS such as Storyblok, Contentful etc. highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers. Perform code reviews and mentor team members. Drive best practices for CI/CD, testing, code quality, and performance optimisation.
