Telemedicine Neurologist (Active Oregon license)

Active MD/DO license in Oregon; multiple state and/or IMLC preferred National ABPN Board Certification in Neurology Fellowship training or strong clinical background in Alzheimer's disease, related disorders, or cognitive-behavioral disorders preferred Minimum of 2+ years' clinical experience Maintain strong evidence-based clinical skill set and outcome-focused care Empathetic, active, and intuitive listening Strong verbal and written communication Knowledgeable in crisis response Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment Tech-savvy with ability to navigate various systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, EMR) Provide own personal computer/laptop meeting security and telehealth standards Passionate about improving access to brain health and dementia care Entrepreneurial spirit or experience in a startup/fast-paced environment preferred

Hold thoughtful and engaged sessions with patients (60-minute initial, 30-minute follow-up) Provide 10-40 hours of weekly availability Ensure the most beneficial level of treatment is implemented for patients Evaluate and assess documentation and appropriate interventions Fulfill state-specific requirements as a collaborator Function autonomously and competently, utilizing critical thinking for triage care Supervise nurse practitioners or other clinicians Create a flexible schedule between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Eastern Time
