Requirements:
3–5 years of experience designing for digital marketing, email, or web Strong portfolio showcasing both high-impact email campaigns and web builds. Is fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in HTML/CSS (including email best practices and browser compatibility). Experience building and testing pages using tools like Webflow, HubSpot, Framer, or straight code (JavaScript a bonus) or a headless CMS. Familiarity with email platforms like Beefree and Customer.IO. Understanding of UX/UI principles and performance marketing funnels. Understands responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility (you know the difference between “cool” and “usable”). Loves pairing with copywriters and thinking holistically about message, layout, and flow. Passion for brand-driven design that also delivers on business goals. Can balance brand and performance, and knows how to tell a great story in a small space. Has taste, speed, and opinions, and knows when to push for work and can vocalise your thoughts in balanced, persuasive ways.
Responsibilities:
Developing responsive landing pages, campaign microsites, and web experiences using HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (we’re flexible, but you should be relatively comfortable with basic coding). Creating landing pages that are beautifully branded and strategically structured — whether it’s a scrappy test or a high-traffic hero page. Working closely with Growth, CRM and product marketers to bring ideas to life in a way that feels cohesive, bold, and unmistakably Cleo. Building and evolving design systems for CRM and web, keeping things consistent & scalable. Creating modular, reusable components for emails and web to support fast iteration and testing. Translating performance data into improved design, layout, and UX decisions. Contributing to concepting, A/B testing, and performance reviews. Collaborating with brand designers, engineers, and copywriters to keep our visual and verbal identity consistent across platforms. Owning your timelines, taking initiative, and collaborating with the entire creative organization.
