Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, contributing to a smooth and positive candidate experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities. Collaborate with the Recruitment team to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Perform additional duties as needed, including contributing to cross-functional projects and supporting team goals.
