Requirements:
Fluent in English (Read, Speak, Write) Fluent in Vietnamese (Read, Write, Speak) Must be working from home Own Mobile phone with Android 12 and above or IOS 15 and above Own laptop with updated version Willing to work rotating 9-hour shifts anytime following the required schedule by the client within 24 hours (Night Shift) Entitled to 2 days off in a week which will be rotating any day Willing to work on public holidays as the operation is 24/7
Responsibilities:
Accurately interpret conversations between parties speaking different languages Facilitate communication in various sectors including Healthcare, Government, Finance, and Emergency Services Ensure clear understanding between parties Work from a quiet and secure home office environment
