Requirements:

• At least 1–4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field
• Proficiency in video editing (tools of your choice, as long as final output meets quality expectations)
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and platforms
• Experience in content planning and execution
• Basic knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working part-time on EST hours (12 PM – 4 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on content ideation for client campaigns and shoots
• Create shot lists based on approved content plans
• Edit and produce video content for social media and other digital platforms
• Design PDF materials, promotional content, and basic marketing assets
• Conduct lead generation research and compile contact lists
• Assist with setting up basic automation flows (e.g., ManyChat or similar tools)
• Provide general marketing support and contribute to campaign execution
