Requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in hiring for G&A and Engineering roles within high-growth environments Advanced sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill roles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills with a focus on process improvement and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar). Familiarity with DEI recruiting best practices.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, People, Finance/Accounting, and Operations teams: from intake to offer negotiation and close. Partner with hiring managers across G&A/Engineering org functions to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices. Own sourcing efforts, proactively identifying and engaging top talent through Linkedin and other channels. Contribute to the development and implementation of recruiting best practices and identify ways to enhance and improve our hiring process. Use data and insights to inform decisions, track progress, and continuously optimize the recruiting process.
