Manage full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, People, Finance/Accounting, and Operations teams: from intake to offer negotiation and close. Partner with hiring managers across G&A/Engineering org functions to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices. Own sourcing efforts, proactively identifying and engaging top talent through Linkedin and other channels. Contribute to the development and implementation of recruiting best practices and identify ways to enhance and improve our hiring process. Use data and insights to inform decisions, track progress, and continuously optimize the recruiting process.
