Senior Supply Operations Analyst

4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field Strong SQL skills and experience of BI tools, esp Looker Knowledge of modern data stack technologies (Snowflake, Airflow, etc.) Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards that tell the story behind our supply metrics Analyze supply data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Develop and monitor KPIs for supply partner performance, acquisition, and retention Deliver regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis to help leadership make informed decisions Work closely with the Supply team to understand business questions and translate them into analytical frameworks Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize partner onboarding, engagement, and performance Develop models to support Supply’s operational and fiscal goals Create clear documentation of metrics definitions and calculation methodologies Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot data pipeline issues Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure data systems meet evolving needs Document data flows and models to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization
