Requirements:

• 3+ years of video editing experience (long-form + short-form content).
• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent) and motion graphics.
• Proven ability to craft high-retention edits that maximize watch time.
• Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, and sound design.
• Portfolio showcasing multiple YouTube long-form videos (and ideally short-form).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• An eye for creativity & detail - ensuring polished, engaging, high-quality edits.
• Collaboration-first mindset - comfortable working with creative strategists, marketers & on-camera talent.

Responsibilities:

• Craft long-form & short-form videos optimized for retention & engagement.
• Own the visual consistency of our organic content across all platforms.
• Add captions, effects, and seamless transitions that enhance storytelling.
• Cut videos with algorithm-friendly pacing & engagement-boosting visuals.
• Analyze video data & refine edits to maximize watch time and CTR.
• Work closely with the marketing & creative team to bring our content vision to life.
• Stay ahead of video trends, experiment with new formats, and optimize workflows with the latest editing tech.
