Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in Graphic Design
• Demonstrated understanding of composition and design fundamentals, including color theory and typography.
• Solid grasp of formatting for both digital and print applications.
• Experience working with vectors, particularly for logo design, is essential.
• Ability to write without spelling mistakes (or use proofreading tools) and communicate clearly with your team and managers.
• Proficiency in vector and raster design tools, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, which should be showcased in your portfolio.
• Basic understanding to assist with web-related tasks.
• Familiarity or basic experience with Figma
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills is preferred over a Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Curate and edit images for client websites, ensuring alignment with their unique brand style and industry standards.
• Design and propose custom logo concepts for clients, either from scratch or using templates.
• Enhance and reformat client-provided photographs and logos, improving overall image quality and resolution.
• Customize WordPress themes for diverse clients, tailoring them to fit specific brand guidelines.
• Maintain task organization by tracking assignments and time in project management software, ensuring clear communication with cross-functional teams and timely task completion.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create visuals for Olly Olly's branding efforts, including social media pages and blog content.
