Requirements:

2+ years experience in digital graphic design, ideally in a performance marketing or eCommerce context.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Figma.

Responsibilities:

Design static graphics and light motion creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
Create compelling visual concepts and iterate based on performance data and client feedback.
Collaborate with copywriters, editors, and strategists to bring ad campaigns to life.
Adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
Stay ahead of design trends and eCommerce visual styles.
Contribute to moodboards, storyboards, and creative ideation for new campaigns.
Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Optimize creatives based on performance insights (CTR, ROAS, thumb stop, etc.)
