3–5+ years of YouTube influencer management experience for a U.S.-based eCommerce brand, ideally in travel bags or accessories Proven success in building and managing influencer relationships, including affiliate and fixed-fee deals Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented — you love spreadsheets, calendars, and systems Familiarity with YouTube Shopping, affiliate marketing platforms, and creator tools Proficiency with Slack (required), and experience using Asana, Zoom, Canva, and CapCut is preferred Passion for social media, content creation, and influencer marketing
