Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment. Interest in Fintech, stock market, trading, and investments is a plus. Possess a growth mindset, seek challenges, and have a high quality awareness. Exhibit ownership, approach difficult topics boldly, and take responsibility. Design holistic user experiences for web and mobile platforms from idea to launch. Conduct qualitative and quantitative user tests, interviews, and analyses. Develop UI/UX concepts, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. Evolve and maintain the design system for brand consistency and scalability. Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies like AI. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Analysts in cross-functional teams. Support the technical implementation of designs with the frontend team. Contribute to design culture and processes within the design team.
