Requirements:
  • 6+ years experience in brand marketing or advertising account management,  ideally with beauty or personal care brands
  • Experience launching products and managing campaigns
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Strong beauty copywriting skills (product descriptions, romance copy, headlines, features and benefits, etc)
  • Experience writing with a distinct, existing brand tone
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional workflows and timelines
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and delegation skills
  • Experience with Asana is preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Lead campaign planning, task management, and execution for brand initiatives (e.g. partnerships, events, creative campaigns)
  • Write strategic briefs for internal teams and external partners as needed
  • Review creative work to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards
  • Act as a filter on brand voice – learning the tone across various touchpoints and flagging when copy needs adjustment
  • Lead campaign planning, task management, and execution for product launches and e-commerce initiatives
  • Manage the creation of (and contribute to) copy for all launch assets, e.g. retail and DTC product pages, printed materials, emails, and social posts
  • Develop timelines, write briefs, assign tasks, and manage rounds of feedback
  • Run status meetings for product launches and keep stakeholders informed and accountable
  • QA final deliverables and support last-minute adjustments, for example proofing content before posting or printing
  • Contribute new product ideas creatively, while also project managing the Marketing tasks within the NPD process
  • Conduct market, trend, and competitive research to support innovation
  • Assist with new product ideation, based on SKU needs outlined by PD
  • Assist with product positioning, together with PD, recommending key ingredients, MSRP, and product benefits to message
  • Assist with ideation for product names and packaging direction
  • Manage category research (with assistance from Marketing Coordinator), compiling comprehensive data around competitive pricing and positioning
  • Maintain visibility across all marketing projects to ensure the right work is being prioritized, projects are being delivered on time and all feedback is being addressed
  • Monitor timelines, calendars and resourcing needs, and flag issues ahead of time
  • Schedule meetings and check-ins with key stakeholders to keep projects moving
  • Act as a key point of coordination between Marketing, internal Vacation® departments, and external partners and agencies
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables and communications
