Sales Engineer

3+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting. Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, including wallets, authentication standards, and blockchain infrastructure. Strong experience with SDKs, APIs, and developer tools. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Rust is a plus. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working with enterprise customers or large-scale blockchain projects. Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, DID (Decentralized Identifiers), or Web3 authentication protocols is a bonus. Experience interacting with blockchain programmatically through solana/web3js, wagmi, ethers, and similar libraries.

Partner with sales and business development for technical expertise. Conduct demos, PoCs, and technical workshops. Assist in RFPs, security reviews, and solution scoping. Design and architect integrations using Reown’s SDKs, APIs, and solutions. Provide best practices for wallet connectivity, identity management, and blockchain interactions. Translate business needs into technical implementation plans. Assist customers with integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Support enterprise clients through onboarding, testing, and go-live. Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers. Contribute to technical documentation, guides, and best practices. Collect customer feedback to influence product roadmap. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. Partner with DevRel and Marketing for technical content. Stay up-to-date with Web3, blockchain authentication, and enterprise adoption trends. Provide insights on emerging standards and new integrations. Help customers navigate compliance and security requirements in Web3.
