Requirements:

3+ years experience as a past principal or district leader who understands the ins and outs of schools and working with districts
Ownership mentality with high degree of organization and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excited to work in a fast-paced, quickly growing organization
Ready to share your learnings and collaborate with others to make the entire team smarter and more effective
Deep empathy for educators and passion for early literacy; prior teaching or district leadership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

Form trusted relationships with district leaders through understanding their early literacy needs and employing a consultative sales approach
Develop your territory and maintain a healthy pipeline through forming relationships with regional organizations and key decision makers, attending local conferences, and understanding regional initiatives, funding sources and/or legislation
Meet or exceed sales targets for Classroom Libraries and Take-Home Decodable Packs
Effectively utilize sales tools (e.g. Hubspot)
