Legal Research Librarians (Contract)

5 years+ experience in a law firm library in a reference/research position. Expertise in legal and corporate research. Knowledge of standard research resources (Westlaw, LexisNexis, Bloomberg Law, etc.). Knowledge of various electronic research databases, fee-based and free, subject-specific databases, and legal analytics tools. Excellent communication skills for delivering research findings verbally and in writing. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively. Reliable internet connection for virtual working.

Perform high quality in-depth legal, corporate and other research to support clients. Monitor and respond to research requests, coordinating with team members. Prioritize and respond to requests, analyze and synthesize results, and communicate findings. Learn and adopt specific client library policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service.
