Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a billing, finance, or revenue operations role (ideally within a SaaS company)
  • Familiarity with Stripe, Salesforce, other billing / CRM systems, and maintaining pricing details and product configurations in a pricebook or similar system
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, particularly with document tracking and contract data
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Critical thinking and proactively identifies improvements or gaps; we are a fast-paced startup and looking for sharp individuals who are comfortable owning processes
Responsibilities:
  • Review and modify customer contracts to ensure alignment with negotiated terms, pricing, and business approvals.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to adjust commercial agreements in accordance with deal-specific structures, discounting, and non-standard terms.
  • Contract entry: review and enter contract terms, pricing, and dates into Salesforce with a high level of accuracy
  • Cross-functional coordination: collaborate closely with Finance, RevOps, and Sales to ensure smooth deal execution and accurate billing
  • Process improvement: maintain billing documentation, update metadata in systems, and identify opportunities to improve workflows
  • Billing management: manage customer billing in Stripe, including subscription setup, discounts, coupons, and payment methods
  • Invoicing & collections: create, update, and upload invoices; handle overdue invoice processes and customer billing communications; follow up with customers to collect payments and assist with payments

  • Ensure deals are structured and processed efficiently and align with company policies.
  • Review, interpret, and confirm contract terms and conditions; work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate.
  • Verify compliance with internal policies
  • Responsible for drafting, modifying, and finalizing contracts, including new, add-on, and upsell business for Cloud Subscription Services.
  • Review and approve deals for AuditBoard customers and prospects.
  • Anticipate issues and initiate actions to resolve them using professional judgment and concepts, company policies, and procedures.
  • Deal with day-to-day queries from Sales and Account Management teams on AuditBoard’s quoting tools and/or CRM system.
  • Participate in testing, as requested, to support quoting tool enhancements.
  • Support Sales enablement through new hire training initiatives and ad hoc training requests as needed.
  • Independently drive efficiency and process improvements.
  • Support commercial projects on an as-needed basis.
