Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the Finance department Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and emails, etc. Handling communications with other departments and vendors via slack, email, etc. Processing transactions, updating monthly reports. Preparing financial reports and payroll computation. Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies. Reports to Accounting Officers, and Accounting Managers. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
