Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in finance operations.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with great attention to details
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite is required.
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning for budgeting and forecasting.
  • BI tools (e.g., Domo) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software is a plus.
  • Experience managing insurance programs and vendor contracts.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Sales & Marketing, R&D, Customer Experience, HR and Legal, to ensure alignment of financial and operational goals.
  • Assist in the documentation of and compliance with financial controls to safeguard company assets,
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support the company's budgeting process, working with department heads to develop and monitor budgets
  • Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for lenders and investors
  • Maintain and track key SaaS metrics with the use of BI tools such as Domo.
  • Assist in the analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist in managing relationships with insurance brokers.
  • Support insurance renewals, ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Assist in managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to customers and from vendors.
  • Assist in managing vendor contracts, ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the procurement process, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
