Requirements:
  • At least 4 years in a Technical Pre-Sales role and ideally you will have been a Manager for at least 3 years over the past 5 years.
  • Demonstrated success in building, growing, and managing a highly-talented and motivated team with a regional scope.
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies and a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies such as cloud computing, distributed systems, and cluster management software.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in both English and German.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Mentor High-Performance Team: You will manage, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Drive Technical Strategy: You will own the technical strategy for your region and collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop pipeline and drive healthy growth across all Accounts.
  • Support the Customer Journey: You will engage in critical moments throughout the Customer lifecycle, providing support to your team and working cross-functionally to ensure Customers realize maximum value from the HashiCorp portfolio.
  • Data-Driven Improvement: You will deploy a data-driven, systems-thinking approach to improve business and operational processes.
  • Influence Strategic Decisions: You will influence key strategic decisions and drive critical initiatives across your region.
  • Communicate Regional Priorities: You will capture and elevate top priorities and key trends for your Customers to cross-functional stakeholders within HashiCorp.
