Requirements:
Active bar license in the state in which you reside. Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on oil and gas law. Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws and regulations governing the oil and gas industry. Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) agreements.
Responsibilities:
Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to oil and gas exploration, production, and transportation. Draft and negotiate a variety of oil and gas agreements. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local government laws and regulations.
