Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field; advanced degree a plus. Minimum of 3+ years of technical experience in engineering, AI/ML, data science, product management, solution architecture, sales engineering or a related field OR equivalent experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences. Proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably within the technology sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts, especially in data and infrastructure. Good organizational skills and ability to manage diverse projects and customer needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Ability to travel up to 25% of the month. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card holder).
