Lead/Senior FullStack Engineer - AI Solutions

8+ years of Full-Stack engineering experience 3+ years in a senior-developer role Using AI tools like Cursor, Devin or Co-pilot to deliver efficiency Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, backend architecture) Python (especially for microservices, API layers, or ML integration) Angular (RxJS, Material, state management) Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture (Azure) Experience working in high-growth, agile environments with fast iteration cycles Ability to balance tech leadership and hands-on coding Bachelor’s degree or higher from IIT or other top-ranked schools

Design, architect, and develop scalable end-to-end features using Java (Spring Boot), Python (FastAPI, ML integration), and Angular Collaborate closely with product, data science, and design teams to deliver intuitive, intelligent user experiences Own and drive technical decisions — from API design to deployment strategies — with an eye on performance, reliability, and security Lead code reviews, set engineering best practices, and establish a high-quality engineering culture Work with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments Azure, and system observability Influence product roadmap by bringing deep technical insights to planning conversations
