Requirements
- HND/Bachelors degree (Minimum Grade of Lower Credit/ Second Class Lower).
- Degree in Business, Finance or a banking-related field is preferred.
- Must have Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Scheme.
- Previous sales or relationship management experience is an added advantage.
- Satisfactory understanding of commercial banking products and services.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Goal and results oriented.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Able to travel to agent locations.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard suitable agents.
- Ensure effective training of agents on products, services, and digital platforms.
- Maintain the relationship between the Bank and agents.
- Ensure agents adhere to banking regulations and operational guidelines.
- Devise plans to expand Agency banking and improve customer service.
- Educate agents on digital banking.
