Lead and support a team of 9 engineers across critical Kubernetes infrastructure Set technical direction for the Cloud Compute team and contribute to Canva’s broader platform strategy Drive operational excellence while fostering a culture of sustainable engineering practices Build strong relationships across platform and product teams Manage performance, mentor engineers, and unlock growth opportunities Help Canva achieve infrastructure scale through multi-cloud and control plane initiatives Contribute to hiring and building a diverse, inclusive team environment
