Requirements:
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally within product or tech environments.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search, etc.).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems – experience with Ashby is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft engaging outreach messages.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, communities, events, and referral networks.
  • Conduct market and talent mapping to understand talent availability and provide insights to recruiters and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for active and future roles using Ashby ATS.
  • Ensure a professional, timely, and human candidate experience during the early stages of engagement.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to define ideal candidate profiles and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Accurately track outreach and response metrics in Ashby, contributing to data-driven recruitment decisions.
