Senior Salesforce Engineer

Minimum 5- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce platform as a Salesforce developer. Strong coding skills in Apex, JavaScript, SOQL,Salesforce integration, Salesforce/ Zuora CPQ. Proven experience in release management using change sets, CI/CD. Experience owning projects from end-to-end. Proven experience troubleshooting and identifying root cause of system failures. Experience building solutions in sync with third party tools (Zuora CPQ, Sales tools). Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and performance tuning Experience in Salesforce configuration, including flows, validation rules, and security controls. Experience in writing/maintaining high quality code, participating in code review and contributing to making the system stable. Certifications such as Platform Developer 1, PD-2 (Nice to have) or JavaScript Developer 1 are desirable. Public company and SOX ITGC control experience is (Nice to have).

Lead or participate in the design, development of functionalities in Salesforce org. Provide technical insights and recommendations to ensure that Salesforce application is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the organization’s long-term goals. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and system outages. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of application architectures, configurations, and processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams, influencing decisions related to integration with other systems, data management, and overall system architecture. Act in alignment with GitLab communication framework.
