University degree in life sciences discipline, PhD Degree as a plus. Hunter’s mind, with EU biotech/Pharma customer network preferred. Fluent and professional English level, with an additional European language as a plus. At least 5 years’ experience of leading business development or commercial support, sales, project management, marketing and related functions in pharmaceutical or CDMO with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and closing large deals. Thorough understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry and motivated in learning new service solutions and/or new technologies. Exceptional awareness of the biopharmaceutical ecosystem and deal-making landscape. Team player with a can-do mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
