Knowledge and experience of sales tech stack including Hodu (omnichannel contact center software), Krisp (Notetaking AI-Assistant), Jira (ticketing and project management), HoduCC and Salesforce (CRMs), and sales trackers. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive tasks. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities. Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. Familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware, as well as sales process management. Experience in sales operations or customer service support roles.
