Requirements:

• Practical experiences in the above mentioned fields of activity!
• Knowledge of current project methods are tools of project management, but the success of projects also depends on other aspects!
• Communication and presentation skills as well as customer and stakeholder management.
• Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Takes responsibility for the BUxSAP project/service organization: From goal definition to resource planning.
• Plans, initiates, and manages projects from start to finish.
• Is responsible for defining project goals, schedules and budgets.
• Leads project teams and ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicates with stakeholders to align requirements, progress and results.
• Responsible for the provision and delivery of ALPACA or services according to customer requirements.
• Manages processes to ensure that the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Coordinates between different teams to guarantee smooth deliveries.
• Ongoing monitoring and improvement of delivery processes and quality.
• Service Management includes SAP CSM.
• Develops RFI, RFP inquiries and takes care of tenders.
• Implements project standards as well as methods and procedures in projects.
• Drives the generalization of concepts for operation and platforms.
• Continuously adapts project/service processes to BUxSAP requirements.
• Implements best practices in project/service management.
• Takes the lead on key projects RISE, BTP.
