Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B or education-focused environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop trust and rapport with school leaders and educators.
  • Confidence in delivering compelling product demonstrations and workshops.
  • Understanding of the education sector, including trends and challenges faced by schools.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to shared objectives.
  • Skilled in managing CRM tools and using data to drive decisions and forecasting accuracy.
Responsibilities:
  • Achieve individual sales targets by converting non-purchasing schools into active users of EP’s platform.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations to showcase EP’s value to educators and school leaders.
  • Actively manage and update the sales pipeline to ensure accuracy and forecasting reliability.
  • Collaborate with the Lead AE to identify opportunities within the addressable market and align with sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including school leadership and educators.
  • Facilitate regional workshops and brainstorming sessions to help schools integrate EP’s solutions effectively.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to the customer success team, supporting high levels of engagement and adoption.
  • Gather and share insights about the local market, customer needs, and competitor activity with the broader team.
  • Provide feedback to the Lead AE and Product & Content Teams to inform the continuous improvement of EP’s offerings.
  • Partner with professional services teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure successful onboarding.
