Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full life cycle recruitment process globally, ensuring alignment to regional and functional hiring needs.
  • Develop, mentor, and manage a distributed team of recruiters across multiple geographies.
  • Partner closely with the global People team and business leaders to craft effective, localized recruitment strategies.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, guiding workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and hiring decisions.
  • Manage a network of recruiting vendors internationally, ensuring accountability for key performance metrics.
  • Design and implement scalable recruiting strategies, processes, and guidelines to attract and retain top global talent.
  • Identify and champion best-in-class assessment, interviewing, selection, and closing practices across diverse markets.
  • Modernize and streamline the recruiting process, infrastructure, tools, and overall candidate experience on a global scale.
  • Lead the evolution of our candidate experience from initial sourcing to offer acceptance, with an eye toward consistency and excellence across all regions.
  • Supervise and optimize global recruitment process initiatives and technology solutions.
  • Deliver talent insights and market research to inform recruiting strategies and influence business decisions.
  • Personally manage select executive or high-priority requisitions as needed.
