Telemedicine Neurologist (Active New York license)

Active MD/DO license in good standing in at least New York; multiple state and/or IMLC preferred National ABPN Board Certification in Neurology Fellowship training and/or strong clinical background in evaluating and managing patients with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders or other cognitive-behavioral disorders preferred Minimum of 2+ years’ clinical experience Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set Empathetic, active, and intuitive listening Strong verbal and written communication Knowledgeable in crisis response Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems and tools Able to provide own personal computer/laptop that meets security and telehealth standards Passionate about improving access to high-quality brain health and dementia care Entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience within a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred

Hold thoughtful and engaged sessions with patients Provide 10-40 hours of weekly availability Ensure the most beneficial level of treatment is implemented for patients Evaluate and assess proper documentation and appropriate interventions Fulfill state-specific requirements as a collaborator Provide appropriate triage care using critical thinking skills Supervise nurse practitioners or other clinicians
