PostgreSQL Database Support Engineer - AMERICAS (Remote)

Good hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL and its provided tools/contribution modules Skilled with PostgreSQL ecosystem tools and technologies Knowledgeable about performance tuning, query optimization, & index tuning Know-how of backup solutions (pg base backup, pgBackRest, WAL-G) and Point-in-Time-Recovery Some experience with high availability solutions (replication, routers, proxies) Exposure and practice with zero-downtime procedures Good understanding of monitoring requirements Demonstrable experience administering Linux-based systems Ability to troubleshoot methodically and resolve complex issues Self-taught and enthused to grow skill set Availability to travel for occasional team meetings, conferences, or customer visits Experience working with customers in English Desirable: Kubernetes knowledge
