⏳ Experience: 3+ years

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy / planning  / investment banking / consulting / business intelligence or related
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners to drive mutual success
  • Exceptionally analytical and data-driven, able to break down and quantitatively frame complex business problems
  • High-growth operations and/or startup experience (experience with service operations is a plus)
  • Knowledge and experience with Google Suite tools (Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a minimum of a three person team tasked with improving repair throughput and vehicle quality in their designated markets or facilities.
  • Possesses expert knowledge of Bird’s fleet of electric vehicles, and all related systems and processes, and develops this expertise in their team.
  • Own labor productivity, repair quality, inventory accuracy, and safety & compliance for an assigned portfolio of directly-managed repair facilities.
  • Manage projects with cross-functional teams focused on process implementation, improvement, and efficiency for repair operations (internal or external) that are not directly managed.
  • Work cross-functionally to support the market operations, supply chain, and product & engineering teams to champion efforts to improve vehicle quality, availability and longevity.
  • Oversees process development, implementation, standardization and adherence for vehicle operations across the region.
  • Ensure our facilities are safe and compliant environments based on the global standards, establishing and building on our foundation to Birds safety and operational processes
