Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working within the K12 Education sector OR Education within the K12 Education sector
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
Responsibilities:
  • Promote a positive cadence of accountability through timely and relevant communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Book touchpoints (Onsite, Regional, Community, and Virtual Coaching) to maximize coaching capacity and minimize client expense.
  • Develop and execute step-by-step coaching systems and synergize with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist coaches with time management and organization through the Event Manager, Outlook and Bookings calendaring systems.
  • Manage regional and community events through the Aventri registration system.
  • Provide administrative support to the coaches with Salesforce.com, Google Apps, and internal systems.
  • Provide technical support to the coaches with Bookings, Outlook, Evernote and Zoom.
  • Participate in a yearly Coach Academy; engage in weekly Systems Action Team meetings.
  • Complete all other duties/projects as assigned.
