Requirements:
  • 2+ years of in-house recruiting, coordination, and sourcing experience
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
  • Experience sourcing technical candidates, i.e., Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, etc
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Paylocity, etc.
  • Proficiency with calendar tetris, specifically in Google Suite and ATS integrations
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with an ability to juggle concurrent urgent tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve ambiguous problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for roles of all levels, from individual contributor to senior leadership, across varying global time zones
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to streamline scheduling and sourcing tactics
  • Source a variety of technical and non-technical candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc., by prospecting profiles and calibrating with hiring managers and recruiters
  • Step in to assist with full-cycle recruiting as the need arises
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, job postings, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving the hiring process
