Requirements:
- Fluency with REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 (SAML/JWT a plus).
- 3+ years in solutions engineering, professional services, or systems integration for SaaS.
- Comfortable explaining complex architectures to both developers and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS / workflow tool (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Tray…).
- Solid requirements-gathering, business-analysis, and project-scoping skills.
- Experience in writing your own agent
- Code fluency in a popular language (Python, JS, Ruby etc)
- Bachelor’s in CS/SE (or equivalent real-world chops).
Responsibilities:
- Own post-sales technical onboarding: turn high-level use cases into detailed solution designs.
- Map business processes to API calls, data models, event triggers, and AI automation flows.
- Prototype and launch new app connectors, authentication flows, and two-way data syncs.
- Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and create statements of work.
- Troubleshoot live integrations, optimize performance, and write hand-off docs.
- Feed product & engineering with customer feedback and reusable templates.
- Train customer success and support teams on best-practice implementation patterns.
