  • Strong collaboration skills with BDR or sales teams to align on outreach strategies and optimize performance
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

  • Experience creating and optimizing landing pages and creative assets with tools like Framer

Responsibilities:
  • Design, launch, and manage multi-channel ABM campaigns across paid media, direct mail, email, and BDR outreach
  • Collaborate with the BDR team on account-triggered outreach strategies, ensuring alignment on messaging and timing
  • Partner with product marketing and content to develop tailored content for key personas and industries
  • Scale and optimize our 1:few ABM strategy across high-priority segments and use cases
  • Build and manage experimentation programs to drive engagement, qualified pipeline, and conversion
  • Lead persona segmentation and journey mapping to refine outreach and content personalization
  • Oversee ABM landing pages, driving continuous optimization for conversion
  • Develop and report on ABM success metrics, sharing insights through dashboards and monthly write-ups
  • Support targeted 1:1 ABM efforts and collaborate cross-functionally with growth and design
