Requirements:

8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting services.
5+ years of experience leading reporting strategy for senior stakeholders such as CFOs, finance leaders, and business decision-makers.
Proven success managing client-facing teams in data delivery, with both backend and frontend reporting expertise.
Strong knowledge of ETL pipelines, data modeling, and database management.
Proficiency in modern reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Solid project management capabilities with experience managing multiple concurrent client projects.
Familiarity with the Azure cloud platform and DevOps practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a client-facing team to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
Oversee the full reporting lifecycle—from data acquisition and transformation to dashboard delivery—ensuring accuracy and usability.
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into custom reporting solutions.
Drive the implementation of backend data structures, including ETL processes, data modeling, and warehousing.
Deliver actionable, user-friendly visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Establish and maintain best practices for data architecture, transformation processes, and visualization standards.
Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Services Delivery teams to ensure timely and effective implementations.
Present reporting insights and outcomes to clients, transforming complex data into digestible and strategic recommendations.
Champion continuous improvement by adopting new reporting tools, methodologies, and performance metrics.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.
