Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across email, push, and in-app messaging.
- Execute A/B tests and experimentation to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to refine messaging, timing, and targeting.
- Support the development and refinement of campaign ideas, working closely with creative and technical teams.
- Implement audience segmentation strategies to personalize customer journeys.
- Deploy and optimize campaigns with limited guidance, proactively identifying inefficiencies and improving processes.
- Contribute to lifecycle marketing strategy discussions and support campaign planning and execution.
- Review dashboards, summarize results, and use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Manage small projects or process improvements, proactively anticipating challenges and taking ownership of deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, providing updates and engaging professionally in discussions.
