Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or media operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role
  • Advanced knowledge of ad trafficking and quality assurance best practices, with expertise in ad server tools (e.g., Flashtalking, Adform, Innovid)
  • Extensive experience with programmatic platforms (e.g., Amazon DSP, Google DV360, YouTube TV, Roku, Prime Video), as well as OTT/OLV
  • Proven ability to manage complex campaigns and teams, with strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and process optimization in the campaign deployment lifecycle
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the deployment of complex ad campaigns
  • Manage and review the trafficking of creatives
  • Ensure that campaigns undergo thorough QA processes prior to launch
  • Lead the seamless handover of campaigns to the Performance team
  • Take responsibility for training and mentoring junior and mid-level team members
  • Identify areas for improvement in the workflow and campaign execution processes
  • Take the lead on special projects related to campaign operations
  • Serve as a point of contact for cross-departmental stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Account Strategy team
