Requirements:
- Ability to sell bespoke and high-value products, with long sales cycles - ideally, experience in capital sales (serving customers from Food & Beverage Industry, for example)
- Area sales experience, at least in UK
- Willing to travel in a large territory (around 50%)
- Cultural openness, flexible and adaptable personality
- Ability to coordinate colleagues for multi-companies projects and give advice about the market and expertise
- Ability to work away from home base for extended periods of time, but able to keep contact with our presales teams or with other colleagues from the Group
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow relationships with your customers through contacts and regular visits
- Understand the customer’s needs relative to Bakery market: our solutions are unique, the expectations and needs of our customers are to be uncovered
- Lead the pre-sales and support teams, for the preparation of proposals, as we have long sales cycle – this can also include advice for our colleagues from other brands
- Negotiate and secure orders and contracts that are profitable, commercially secure and technically sound
- Prospect for sales opportunities, initiate meetings to promote our solutions, become a real ambassador for our brand and the other brands of our Group
- Become an advisor for colleagues from other areas that may need information about our expertise
